Sussex Elderly Care was founded by Ina Sutton after having worked in the health and social care industry for over 30 years. From early on she has always valued personalization, care and empathy. With these values, Ina has developed strength in turning around care services which were failing; from respite services for people with disabilities to nursing and residential homes. Sussex Elderly Care has teamed up with other professionals who share the same vision of a customer focus service and who have a wealth of skills and experience of managing health and social care services.
Transpired by these values Sussex Elderly Care is now a community interest company. This allows us to access funding to help the elderly in the community and reinvest out resources to combat loneliness as well as to offer first class care and respect whether one lives in their own home, or in residential care.
We have built our reputation on the skills and experience of our professional consultants with a range of background knowledge of nursing, dementia care, social services and compliance practitioners; and we have applied this to turn failing homes around to a standard of Good in all areas. Sussex Elderly Care has helped care services from London to Southampton and continue to provide a monitoring, auditing and advice service for these homes. It is our ambition to ensure that the residents get the best possible care and that registered managers and providers get the best support and value for money to reach the required standards.
